Ingredient comparisons
Comparisons answer a different question from substitutions. A substitution page asks what do I use instead. A comparison asks what is the actual difference between these two things, and does it matter for what I am making.
This section is not published yet. It is deferred deliberately rather than merely unwritten.
A review of the live search results for these comparisons found them dominated by ingredient manufacturers, and found the questions themselves largely answered directly in the results page without a click. Writing them now would mean adding pages that duplicate what is already available elsewhere. They are scheduled after the core substitution pages, and only if the measurement supports building them.
